Better Outcomes provides GPs with referral pathways to Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists who are credentialed to provide Better Outcomes Counselling Services.
Can DO
Can DO provides education, training and networking to improve coordinated delivery of care and services to patients who present with problems arising from both substance abuse and mental health illness who often receive care from multiple providers, funded by different sources, across different settings.
Mental Health Nurse Incentive Program (MHNIP)
The MHNIP is funded by Medicare to allow general practices, private psychiatric practices and other appropriate organisations to engage mental health nurses to assist in the provision of coordinated clinical care for people with sever mental disorders.
